Approach
Mitch draws on a broad education. He did his undergrad at the University of Qld (Town Planning) and his M. Ed at QUT. During his ten years overseas he completed studies in California and New York (Columbia University) in history, philosophy, psychology, HR, cultural anthropology and world religions with the over-riding goal of deepening his understanding of human wellbeing and performance.
He also completed a graduate unit in Future Studies at the University of the Sunshine Coast where he focused on how individuals and organisations can open up new futures for themselves. He now integrates his work into the broad framework provided by the inside-out approach (the Three Principles) first proposed by Sydney Banks. Mitch has attended the Three Principles School in Canada. |
